Back again. Down to 276 as of today.
17 days to lose 6.8 lbs which is right on track for what I was aiming for.
Had my inlaws down this weekend as we were all going to a wedding.
Went to a place for lunch with them - they all had burgers and truffle fries (I had grilled chicken breast and fruit)
They then went to a coffee/chocolate/pie place - they all had coffee and chocolates or pie. I had a single chocolate at 56 calories and water.
At the wedding i had protein and raw veggies only - no cake and a single sip of champagne for the toast
Next morning they went to cracker barrel and all had pancakes, eggs, bacon etc. I had a single serving of frosted flakes (brought the other box home), skim milk and a sliced banana.
I kinda hate them but it tested my will power and I won so I suppose I should be grateful!
