Labor Day Challenge anyone?

    I am doing well... still at my 323.9... I have been doing good on eating and exercising but need to hit the water more... gonna work on that today...

  • Back again. Down to 276 as of today.

    17 days to lose 6.8 lbs which is right on track for what I was aiming for.

    Had my inlaws down this weekend as we were all going to a wedding.

    Went to a place for lunch with them - they all had burgers and truffle fries (I had grilled chicken breast and fruit)
    They then went to a coffee/chocolate/pie place - they all had coffee and chocolates or pie. I had a single chocolate at 56 calories and water.
    At the wedding i had protein and raw veggies only - no cake and a single sip of champagne for the toast
    Next morning they went to cracker barrel and all had pancakes, eggs, bacon etc. I had a single serving of frosted flakes (brought the other box home), skim milk and a sliced banana.

    I kinda hate them but it tested my will power and I won so I suppose I should be grateful!

  • I began at 398 and I'm at 385 right now, I only have 5 lbs. to lose for monday (probably not happening at this point) but I will definitely be there or further by labor day
  • I have been POP since my last update... but still the same weight...

    NO MOVEMENT!!! :-(

    My last weigh in before labor day is tomorrow - as of wed I weighed in at 273.5... I *HOPE* I will be at 271 or less tomorrow when I weigh in.

  • Good for you Susy... I didn't make my goal... but I did break out of the 320s... so I am very happy... August was a slow month for me...
