fushiabaxton Someone may have answered this already, but I'll give it a go. I'm from Calgary and I've done my research on 'where to buy'. Lowcarbcanada.ca is a GREAT source for walden farms products. They just happen to have their warehouse in Calgary. It's right off of McKnight - kinda near Pisces Pet Emporium. Since I saw you are also doing alternative - I saw a couple of things I was going to get once the 10% Sale came on. There's a few Dixie Diner Cup-o-Meals I wanted to try that would like to be a good alternative to the IP Spaghetti Bolognese, etc (altho I haven't calculated if it is a suitable alternative - need to look at nutritional values more closely). The also sell Green Valley - another salad dressing/dip 0/0/0. DaVinci is a non-sugar flavored syrup (maybe a little caramel for your coffee ). They have all the flavors of the Natural Quest Bars - planning on loading up once a sale is on!

If that's too far of a drive for you, the Diabetic Depot also carries Walden Farms (just ~$1 more than Low Carb). I believe there's 2 locations. They carry Davinci, Green Valley, and Quest Bars as well.

Ip vanilla drink or pudding (add extra water) is an amazing substitute for creamer. Even better then creamer I think!
