  • Quote: You mean like when I'm jump roping and there are 3 more bounces after my stopped feet are firmly on the ground??!!
YEAH That!! LOL the ripple affect I think.... Is it like when you exercise really hard that your body is still burning after the fact for awhile... So our fat is still in the moving stage when we stop LOL

Or like Sofia Vergara or Marilyn Monroe who always jiggled when they walked... YEAH !!
  • Quote: Then call me a Jello Jiggler !
If I sit in one of those chairs that have cut outs in them in shorts...... then oh boy...

I got the jello Jigglers LOLOLOL
  • Haha this thread is awesome!

  • Fat is weird!

My fat is "jiggly", "sloppy" and loves gravity!

My youngest sister has fat you could bounce a shot put off of! And she most likely would not even have a bruise!

    It's all just strange!

  • I've been squishy fat for a few months now. -_-

  • I was just thinking about this today! My fat seems oddly loose. I can grab it in big handfuls and it seems really jiggly. Also, the cellulite in my thighs seems more pronounced. According to the last paragraph in the article this is a good thing!
  • Glad I am not alone in my new jiggle jaggles, hehe
  • I love that you asked this question. I like the answers a lot more
  • I definitely think its a good sign. The more weight that I lose, the more my fat jiggles.
  • Fat cells are shrinking! that's a good thing
