Need to drop closer to 40 pounds, but 30 would put me in a great place! I have 2 older kids. 25 & 22. 2 super stressful jobs and 46 years of emotional baggage. Stress makes me fat and unhappy & I need to cope with something other than food. I was looking for an active board for moral support and while it is only the 2 of you so far, it looks like you are both dedicated and I need to be too!
