    A fun twist to the zombie run is that they need zombie volunteers. I have a friend who did it for one of the races. Typically you get a free/discounted future race and they dress you up like a zombie, makeup and all. Plus you get your workout in because you are chasing people the whole time.

    It's a great way to bring in the New Year... And then you can go out afterwards and party and not feel guilty, because you've already got your run in for day... Lol...

    Ooo, the Run for your Lives one looks good too! That video was great. I don't think I'm quite ready for an obstacle course yet though

    I signed up for a "regular" 5K for mid-July to start with, I think the zombie one is going to be more of a challenge! But I'm so up for it!
