    What an amazing start! My week one will end after "snack" tomorrow. I think I will be coming in around the 8lb mark. Not bad, but I wish it was like yours

  • Awesome! We must have started the same day....today is my first week as well. I did 8lbs. and was amazed. I didn't really feel any changes - but the scale says different. Cheers to another great week!

  • Great job! My first week officially ends tomorrow, but my weigh in was today and I lost 6.2. I'm hoping next week is just as good, or at least 3, then I will be in another number bracket!

  • Hi. I'm a newbie :-) in my third week. Lost 14 pounds and 10 inches as of last weigh in which was number 2!! I feel great and it's awesome to see the scale come down. Everyone is doing so well :-)

    That is sooooo awesome! Congratulations! My hubby lost 16.7lbs his first week (compared to my 12.2 over 4 weeks LOL) I was so happy for him! What an encouraging way to start a weight loss program! Wish you the best!
  • Im starting my 4th day and I must say I feel fantastic! Way easier then I thought it was going to be, im hoping for great results on Thursday!
