B: cup of Greek yogurt, 3/4 cup blueberries, 7 walnut halves, COFFEE & skim
L: cup turkey chili (mostly beans) w/ 1/4 cup yogurt
S: 1 egg + LC on whole wheat English muffin
D: cup turkey chili w/ 1/4 cup yogurt and baked kale or steamed broccoli
we have a tiny fridge & a freezer compartment the size of a teenyweeny drawer, so I am constantly cooking & have to buy groceries in increments or they go bad. Luckily, it's been so cold I can store stuff on the balcony!
