So I am thinking there are a lot of teachers on here? Is it because we ....??? I know I eat due to stress and teaching can be very stressful at times and no time to take care of myself. Are there lots of teachers out there on IP or just a lot of teachers dieting?
  • Being at work is definitely easier for me. I surf 3FC, workout when I get off, and don't think about food much. On the weekends I go out with friends, have a few drinks and try to be active but sometimes it doesn't happen. I completely feel ya on this. It's hard to have free time.
  • I think being home is harder. Although, when I'm home I clean like a madwomen to avoid being too idle and being tempted, so my house looks fantastic! I work in a small office, just two of us, both on IP. We have a small kitchenette and will roast veggies in the toaster oven for lunch. It's everything to have a supportive work environment to go along with the home side of life. And of course having 3FC bookmarked on my office computer
  • I work outside the home and have found that being at work and staying OP is easy, its when I am at home that I find myself struggling.

HA! That's the truth. And this is one of those stressful times. Report cards were due,and here I am, still typin' them up. sigh. I take my 3FC 'breaks' to clear my mind between 'subjects'. These take so long to write, for the 3 min people spend reading them....

Anyway, one more subject to go, then I do the dance of joy!
  • The weekdays, I have no trouble staying OP, and I get all my water in, no problem.

The weekend, however... the food's not the issue, it's the water. We do a lot of running around, and with hour-long drives in the car, it's hard to plan when I can drink my water without having to stop to pee in the woods!
