  • Just remember to baby those joints of yours. You don't want to get injured and then be laid up for a long time.

    So, modify the HE$$ out of it. Absolutely no jumping and NO TWISTING of the knees.

    Just remember, when everyone else is jumping around that this is not you. To be you, they would need to be carrying a heavy man on their backs. Now would they be able to jump? Heck no! So don't feel bad about it. Just take baby steps.
  • I love Zumba, but all the classes are on at really inconvenient times! definitely have a go and see how you feel. It's so much fun, and everyone is just jumping around making fools of themselves so it's fine.
  • so i went! i did the whole hr. yay! i did it in moderation and i tried to keep up with their pace but failed, but thats k. i was still moving. i expected to waked up and not be able to move in pain , but i didnt hurt at all. so i am very proud of myself.
