Based on how my body works, I would add some protein to your breakfast, a boiled egg, or some lean meat of some kind.
I would also have a snack mid morning and mid afternoon. Nothing big, a piece of fruit or a few veggies with some ff ranch or air popped popcorn. My go to snacks.
The biggest thing I've found is to journal your food and activity and gather feedback from that, change things up now and then, and most of all be PATIENT!

It took me 2 months to lose that last 5 pounds.

I hung in there, and a year later, I'm down 3 more pounds!
