Way to go!!!!!!!!! I ran 5 miles once last season and had a sore posterior tib tendon for months afterwords. I hope you dont suffer anything but the glow of success. Averaging about 4 miles 3X per week on treadmill now. Cant seem to crank up the speed, and i am slooow. You rock!! Maybe sign up for an 8K event like the Shamrock Shuffle, or press on to the 10K. Congrats on your milestone, or should I say 5 mile stone.
