I just cannot understand... All of the teachers at our school have been praying and hugging one another. Ready to go home and hold my babies.

Praying for these families facing such an unbeleivable loss and praying for the children who may have witnessed this terrible shooting .

My thoughts are with those families.

As a teacher, my heart is broken. I tell children on a daily basis that it is our job to keep them safe. I can't imagine being in a situation where that is impossible. There are not enough tears. This feels like it happened in my own backyard because it was in a school. Could have been any school. How can we stop these senseless mass killings?

My heart breaks for these families. I can't imagine what they are going thru. These were babies that were probably looking forward to Christmas. This should never happen in schools. All the families are in our thoughts and prayers. IT'S A SAD SAD DAY !

No words can even begin to say how terribly sorry I am to hear about such a tragedy... My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected...

Now the death toll is 22 children and 7 adults What a sad day i couldnt even imagine
