omg! i did the same today i accidentally clicked on 3fc. I lost 55lbs and then just stopped for almost a year and now ive gained 13lbs back! ive been trying to get back on it the last 6-8months but it just seems like i cant do it now. im at 212-213 now and i feel so ashamed!

You are not a fraud. You are only human and we make mistakes. You have been given great advise. Take one day/moment at a time and get back on track. You can do this!

Thank you everyone. It's so hard to get back on track. Í guess I can only take it one day at a time. I'm going to try to commit to coming back here everyday (for inspiration) and to get back on my eating plan.That'll be my first two baby steps. *sigh* It SUCKS being back here again.
