At 25 pounds lost I got a Miche bag. At 50 pounds I got new shoes (NOT wides!). I've gone under 200, so now I get my pink ribbon tattoo. When I get to goal I get cold weather gear for the motorcycle. Little rewards in between will include hair color, massage, etc.

I'm surprised ink is on everyone's list too! At 100 pounds I plan to get my favorite quote tattooed on the back of my left shoulder in Courier font ( like a typewriter). I wonder though if it will still look OK after I lose another hundred pounds?

Not sure what I am going to do yet cause I have been splurging on myself all week. All I know is at the end of my goal (journey) I want a BIG OLE SHOPPING TRIP !!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a heads up to anyone thinking about getting a tattoo while on IP. I learned something new yesterday and thought I'd share. Apparently it's more difficult for your skin to accept the ink while you're on IP, not entirely sure why...something about your blood? Anyway, I was getting the color of my eyebrows cosmetically touched up and the girl tells me this (half way through the procedure I might add). She says she's worked on 2 or 3 other women while they were doing IP and the color just wouldn't take properly.

So maybe consider waiting until you're in maintenance before getting any ink to avoid having to get unnecessary touch ups afterwards. I'll let you know if my brows take the ink when they've healed up

For years I have wanted to go skydiving but they have weigh limits. So, I always said, "Once I get under 200..."

Now, I'm almost under 200!! I'll have to wait for the spring though since it's too cold now.

I bought myself a nice watch when I lost 70 pounds. I was going to buy a king size bed at 125 but they're so damn expensive!
