  • Wow-You ladies are doing awesome!! I was bad again yesterday. I'm waiting until Sat. to really start up again.
  • Shelley, sounds like you and I are in the same boat. I can't get my motivation back every since Easter. Today is a new day and today will be an OP day!!!! I would really like to be able to buy a cute outfit for Liz's graduation, something other then a granny or cow style.
  • I am back down to my pre easter weight.....yes. I was hoping that it wouldn't take to long and that I wouldn't get discouraged.
    Gayle I know that I feel bored and sorry for myself while Larry is gone. I usually don't eat for the first few days then I binge. Hang in there and focus. Shelley you to can do it. With all that jogging at least it helps to maintain.
  • I finally lost 1 more lb!!!! I'm now down 16. 1 lb. down and 7 to go on the Memorial Day challenge.

    My meals:

    B--2 fried eggs and Canadian bacon

    L--salad, chicken and green beans

    D--chicken sausage, cheese and deviled eggs

    Breakfast...1 boiled egg, L/O steak
    Lunch.....Small salad, 2 hamburger patties
    Dinner planned...BLT salad w/ ranch dressing

    Lots of water!!

  • I am starting fresh today!! I am going to be bold and tell you what I ate yesterday, the last day of secretaries week:
    coffee
    2 bagels
    3 macadamia nut cookies
    1 slice cheesecake!!
    1 peanut butter cookie with chocolate chips
    2 boards egg matzo
    1 slice Oscar Mayer turkey
    diet coke
    1/2 container ff whipped topping
    bite of WW key lime pie
    1 sf/ff fudgesicle.


    I think that was everything!!! What a pig--I knew I would be starting today. I hopefully will run some off this morning!!

    Looks like your menu for yesterday hit all my favorite food groups...If I posted a binge day it would be an essay! Welcome back to OP land!

    I lost another pound! The Whoosh fairy has been kind! Total lost now at 18 lbs. I have 5 more lbs. to go on the Memorial Day challenge.

    Breakfast- Coffee, banana--3 points

    Lunch--Salad, popcorn--5 points

    Dinner--Chicken, rice, carrots 12 points

    Snacks--Miss Meringue, WW Lime Pie, ff/sf fudgesicle--7 points

    Earned 5 AP's for running

    Total for day= 22 points

    Didn't do well on water, though!!

    WI-Sunday April 27-131.5 Gained 1 lb. for my week of binging!!

  • Shelley isn't it great being on weight watchers. I like getting the extra points for activity, and also the food choices.

    This week I lost 1.5 pounds. that much closer to goal.
  • Ate a little more than I should have yesterday, but all the right stuff!! Also, no AP's, since I had to be at daughter's award ceremony after work.
