  • I would love to lose ten lbs this month which to be honest has hardly ever happened to me lol but hey nothing beats a try. This has always been the hardest decade for me the 220s and Im sure the two teens will be even harder to get out of. Good luck everyone!

  • I'm brand new here! I love doing challenges, though! So, my goal is to lose 8 lbs (about 2 lbs per week)!

    Starting weight: 166
    Goal weight at the end of Oct: 158.

    (I haven't seen that number in a year, despite lots of diets and exercise, so hopefully this forum can help encourage me and motivate me!)

    I'm with you, JazzyPeggy! I've been trying and trying for months but it's just not enough! Time to really step it up and try harder! I worked out each day last weekend but only managed to get one workout in for the rest of the week...definitely not enough! My job is so demanding right now I just can't find time (or energy!) to get to the gym during the week. I'm at least doing OK as far as food is concerned, just a few slips here and there...

    Holding steady at 199.5. Off to the gym right now!

  • Hi everyone!! I'd love to join you in this October challenge. My BP is high and I started the DASH diet this morning. My starting weight is 228lbs.
    I recently dropped 12lbs (last three months)
