  • Just a note... I will only weigh in once a month.
  • I didn't exercise for a few days last week, so I went up from my low of 217, but I still lost 1/2lb. compared to my last weigh in. I'll work harder this week. Hope everyone else is doing great things!

    I would love to meet all of my goals, I know I have to take it day by day and each day is a challenge to complete my exercise and to fight putting bad food in my body. I have been losing about 3 pounds per week for awhile, and I know that won't last forever but I hope to continue doing the best I can and to reach new heights in my life.
