  • Quote: My yesterday WI put me NOT on my last 25, so I can't join my own club for another week ;-) Only kidding!!!
    Please do!!!!
Haha thank you I like this place too as I think that these last pounds are harder than the others (so far...maybe I'm wrong)

I know what you mean about war with yourself mentally. For the first time in a while I don't "feel fat" and am fairly comfortable in my skin. I still want this last 10 (really 12 from my scale, I don't WI at the clinic til next week) to feel even better and then set my maintenance range at 135-140, but there isn't the same drive and need that there was 20 or 30 lbs ago.

It also doesn't help that my DH told me yesterday that he doesn't think I need to lose any more weight....I think he just doesn't want my boobs shrinking anymore

Yes it is pretty bad when I go from an A cup to a nothing cup when I lose any weight. So far my visible weight loss (to me at least) has been my boobs and the chunky part of me right under them.
  • I'm in!! I got 29.2 lift to go...
  • Just saying Hi ...and wishing all you "light-weights" good luck and a strong finish! I am not on the final 25 lbs yet but getting there. I lost over 100lbs on atkins and then stalled for 3-4 months...started IP July 3rd and dropped what you see below....my goal was 240 but as I lowered it to 225 I will join you all next week I hope!
    Cheers to all!
    Jake
  • 25 to go according to my coach's scale and 23 according to my scales! always 2 lbs difference! so I can't cheat now! too close to the prize!! hope to be done by thanksgiving!!
  • Well I wasn't going to join you for another 5 pounds yet because I thought I wanted to lose 30 more, but my Dr. advised me to keep my weight loss at another 20 pounds instead...so here I am. I CAN'T believe only 20 will do it, but two different Dr.'s have said the same thing, and 20 feels about right.
  • I've got 31 more to go - can't wait to be in this territory officially!

Believe it or not, but my husband wanted me to lose some boob, when I gained weight, a LOT went there, lol. I have right around 25 lbs. more to go, and it has been verrry slow going, but it's still going down which is what matters
  • I have about 12 more to go and I have seemed to lose all motivation! I know I can do it and it wont take much longer but more and more I am finding myself thinking of having a drink or two and eating out again...enjoying myself!

I am really trying to keep focused but it is even harder because my coach is about half my age and she cancels my appointments all the time because she decides not to come to work or has someplace else to go. I started with a coach to keep me accountable but when she cancels on me all the time it makes it that much harder.

I just want it to be done and over already so I can move on to the next phase!
  • hey everyone!

I'm so happy to find this thread. I have been gaining and losing the same 10 lbs over and over.

150 lbs is my happy weight (I am 154 right now) but I would love to be 145 lbs so that means 9 lbs to go.

I am having a 'Mommy Makeover' on October 18th and I am working my tail off to be in the best shape possible to ensure a smoother recovery.

  • I can't believe I had to go all the way to the second page to find this thread this morning!! So, here is goes back to the top! Let's stick together and stay motivated...

I see several comments on losses in the boobs. For me that is definitely not a problem - hubby hasn't complained and I am looking forward to not having to shop at places that make clothes especially for the well-endowed. Oh, and it would be nice to buy a bra at a regular department store... I am looking forward to getting things more in proportion so that I can wear the same size in the top and bottom!
  • I'm in too! My original goal is only 9 pounds away but I'm gonna lose a bit more...just don't know if I should go to phase 2 to do that. Do you still lose on Phase 2 or should I stay P1 for a bit more if I want to lose another 20 or so??
  • 14 pounds until I meet my original goal of 145!!!!

I might decide to go about 5 pounds further and change my goal to 140. But I'm trying to stay focused....I'm so close!!!!!!!
  • Well, I lost 2.6 lbs, & 1.5 inches this past week! My coach says that I should be getting to goal in a few weeks; however, I think that it will take me till mid November. I guess we'll see! I'm looking forward to those breakfasts & reintroducing my workouts! Coach says that muscle development occurs quickly in phase 3..

I hope Everyone else has had some losses this past week, too! Here's to staying OP!

I would stay on phase 2 until you've lost all of your weight. Others have said that it's sooo much easier to lose on phase 1 than the others.
  • Thanks Lizzy for bringing this thread back up!

Ticiabean...you are sooo close...let's all stay focused! :-)
