i used to work at an office where every morning employees brought in a case of donuts.
that's how i gained 25 lbs in less than a year
i no longer work there and it makes it that much easier to stick to a diet
plus at my old work place my coworkers were all "foodies"
always snacked and ate chips or candies so i adopted that behaviour.. well not adopted i was always a snacker.. but i felt comfortable continuing in my bad behaviour..

They moved the snack bar/break area one cube over from me ~2 months before I started IP (although it was only down the hall from me before that), and every Friday is 'donut day'...which they leave the giant boxes in the snack area (aka, right over the wall from where I sit). There are 3 gigantic shelving units filled with Costco pallets of a variety of candy, chips, bars, drinks, nuts, etc and the fridge is always stocked with the refrigerated drinks of soda, teas, Starbucks fraps (3 flavors), etc. I never once have been tempted - even now in Phase 3 with the morning 'carbo load' my cravings have not been awakened. I used to dig in to the snacks daily, and had at least 3 donuts every Friday.
