Jen we must have been posting at the same time. Please don't be discouraged. Having a baby is an amazing accomplishment and I know that you know that. It may have taken a year to drop those 30# the first time but you did it, and it may not take a year this time. Just focus on your progress. I am inspired by it and you should be too
I hope this isn't too optimistic for you, b/c I know that can be annoying but I hate it when I am bummed about my wt. and I wish that I could take those feelings away for ya. We have all been there. My sister just had a baby and she is trying to drop the wt. and she shares a lot of your frustration trust me. ON a lighter note, I have WI tomorrow a.m. and I just had chicken fried rice which is 8pts/cup and I probably had over a cup. My question is, is rice a bad thing to eat before WI. I forget all of the little tricks. I am drinking water with lots of lemon in it b/c my leader advised that. Well if you have any tips before WI let me know b/c my time is running out!
