Thank you all so much for the info and ideas concerning the syntrax nectar. I think I will stay with MRC's HNS for awhile, til I get a better hold on the diet. I did get the Syntrax sampler, and I will keep it for a backup right now. I, too just need simple plan, tell me exactly what to do. With WW there are too many variables. This may get boring, but it's simple! Good luck everyone.
