    Welcome
  • Tri-Cities, Richland specifically!
  • Tri-Cities here, too! On day 6 of IP, have my first weigh in tomorrow.
  • I live in Bonney Lake... Spend most of my time in the Kent/Renton, seatac, and Ballard....
  • Tri cities. Richland
  • Olympia here...Used to go to a clinic but decided to go at it here with 3FC support!
  • Lots and lots of people are from Washington that's great. I thought that even those on alternatives as well as 100% IP can compare notes. Mention pricing at local stores for veggies or other things we can eat. Do trades of WF products if you have some you don't like and want to get rid of and it's easier to ship in state. I am excited.
  • Hi there! I'm in Maple Valley, and I go to a clinic in Covington. I'm just starting my third month with IP, 56 pounds down! (I'm a little excited!)

I read this forum every day, but I don't usually have time to post until late in the pacific time zone. And by that time, I usually feel like the party's over. I'm thankful anyway to read such awesome, encouraging stories.

Thanks for starting a WA thread!
  • I'm a little northeast of Seattle.

    HAPPY SUNNY DAY,Everyone!!!!

My husband is from Covington, that's cool. We are pretty close. And congrats on the 56lbs gone forever.

  • Asparagus
So Costco has some grown in Washington 2.5lb packs of asparagus for i believe $5.99. I bought 3 and froze 2.

Where does everyone in WA buy their veggies? Any Sales or deals you have seen this week?

This week QFC has broccoli and cauli for 99 cents a pound. That's pretty good.

If I am in the Renton highlands, I will always stop at Viet Wah, the asian grocery store. Some of their veggies are seconds, but I usually find plenty to fill up my fridge.
