Quick checking in - been off the wagon for the past week. Not so much exercise and not counting my calories. I did not gain anything, so that makes me feel good about how I am able to guesstimate what I ate. It also tells me my maintenance is probably higher than I thought. So yay for that.
Back on track tomorrow. Only 4 more weeks and then the challenge ends. I want to be at my 125 goal by then. It should be possible!
