
Might as well do the arms and legs, too-
bicep (arm held straight, 3" above elbow): 13
thigh (leg bent right angle, 8" above knee): 23.75
Looking at the tape I can't even imagine anyone's waist being that size!
I am just starting out- I don't have a scale at home and am planning to weigh myself 1ce/week at the gym. I think I'll take my measurements and pics 1ce/mo. Does this sound reasonable? Also, does anyone else measure the difference between stomach sucked in and relaxed? I am so looking forward to those numbers being closer!
