Just a note on this - that was my plan going into IP because I knew 1oz of milk would never cut it for me. My coach asked me to bring her the label from the container so she could see the ingredients. Apparently there's something in it that attaches itself to cells and the body has a hard time expelling it. I can't remember if it had an impact on weight loss, but it was definitely something she'd rather I not consume from a metabolic standpoint. So she told me she'd rather have me use a bit more milk than the 1oz instead of the sweetener. Just thought I'd put that out there!
