Definitely clothes shopping. I'm not spending beyond my means, but it could become a problem if I'm not careful... last night I bought a super-funky, "totally me" dress that was reduced from $165 to $50. That felt good.
I truly, dont think I would have lost any weight if it weren't for coffee.
Or atleast not even close to as much as I did.
Every single time I felt hungry, or craved sugar, coffee did the trick. I didn't even feel the need for sweets or the urge to overeat when I had a coffee in my hand.
I'm with you on the makeup thing. Like you, I got really into watching people on youtube who make makeup/beauty videos. It's so addicting! I'm subscribed to like, 100 people and watch multiple videos almost daily. Which has led to starting a collection of makeup. I swear I spend way too much money on makeup. I've cut down recently, just b/c I got addicted to the collecting part of it but didn't use a lot of what I bought. So now I just buy the essentials and live vicariously through youtube videos lol. But it still helps pass the time!
Like others have said, I also love wasting time here on 3fc. I love reading about how others are dealing with this journey and getting new ideas on foods to try and tips on how to stay motivated. This site really has changed my life!
