well i did good yesterday, didn't get in as much water as i would like but all in all it was a good day. my calories ended up at 1600. I like to keep it between 1200-1600 so i'm happy with that.
todays goals
1. ride bike (already done)
2. lift weights
3. drink 8 glasses of water
4. keep calories between 1200-1600
has anyone tried a low carb diet, if so how is it working for you and does it fit into a busy lifestyle.


That is ok, us birthday girls should stick together anyway.
