    Yes! I love spaghetti squash! My mom made it for me once to try (I was super skeptical lol. I'm one of those people that is very anti-health food. I really don't like eating fruits and veggies, but I've learned how to accept some..) she sauteed it with olive oil and I think just chives.. Very good! I was so surprised
  • Also a huge fan of spaghetti squash. Like others, I use roasted or steamed vegis as a base too, also steamed or sauteed greens (spinach, kale, etc). I just load the sauce on top. I will eat pasta on occasion, but find that I feel so much better without it.

    Loads of delicious options out there.

    I grew up Italian, and my mom made sauce every week. Here's something to note - she would cook a pound of pasta and that would feed a family of 6. It was always enough. What does that tell you about our portions these days?
