This is really great, thank you so much!!
  • Thanks! Im gonna check this out.Im new so this sounds perfect for me!
  • Wow that's really awesome! Thank you for the link, I find this to be motivating for sure!
  • I am so visual, I use MFP to track calories and exercise. This is so pleasing to me because I can see if I put X amount of effort in X should/could happen. I know there is fluctuations in the scale, but this is a wonderful tool to be able to have! Thank you for posting it!
  • The graph I use projects your weight based on how fast you've been losing so far. You can set two projections, one for goals and one for actual and it shows them both on the same graph. It's an app called Monitor Your Weight. I think the icon in the app store (apple) says MY Weight.
  • Fluffypuppy- Thanks for the app recommend! I downloaded it and I like it so far. Thanks again!

As for the original post, I also like the weight chart prediction! Thanks so much!!
  • Thanks for the graph, it's cool to see it projected like that. According to the graph I should be 177 by the time I go to Australia (May 25th) that would be incredible... if it really happens

And that's even with my PA at 0. I might get good days with my condition when I can exercise.
  • I totally love this!!!!
  • Thanks for sharing this. When I was getting ready to retire, I did a complicated spreadsheet with many variables to determine how long my retirement income/savings/investments would last (i.e., would I outlive my money?!). It really helped motivate me in terms of making good decisions, and I think this weight loss chart will do the same thing. I'm so goal oriented and visual that being able to see the projected weight loss if I just stick with the plan would be great. I love anything where I can adjust the variables!
  • Interesting, I plugged in my info in for when I started and what weight, and I'm actually 30lbs behind schedule.... but when you subtract the last two weeks of december, my February break and my October break, I'm actually pretty darn close. Plugging in starting from now, I could be only 20 or 30lbs from goal by my 28th birthday.

Of course real life doesn't follow spreadsheets, but I'm pretty close to what it says now.
  • That is really good, I can see how much I should weigh at the end of each week. Thanks for sharing it. i am for sure going to use this.
  • Bump
This is a really, really helpful tool!
  • Thank you so much for thus, its really great!
  • Awesome thanks!
