Also hit a plateau or Set point (that is another term I think)
I do think I have eaten too much brocolli and ate out for a hamburger and althought it was not too big might of not been lean enough
I miss cheese and put some grated parm on a salad. ANYWAY I am going to also cut back on olive oil and eat more salad
The good news is I have no appetite really that is not appropriate

I started IP in October. I hit my first plateau at 20 lbs - which was (as another member stated) and place I had been 'stuck' at before. I stayed there for about 3 weeks.
In December I had to do a quick phase out to be prepared for a early January cruise. After which I immediately restarted Phase I. In days I was at my pre-cruise weight, but have there ever since. I don't really feel like my coach is offering anything helpful. Its just seems so scripted where I go, no individual modifications.
I have started exercising (very recently) - but I always add an extra protein afterwards.
If I add egg whites, is that in addition to what I'm eating, or replacing something?
