Please keep us updated how this goes. My coach said to have it as a snack during the hardest part of your day. So I have mine with a cup of coffee on my long commute home. T
hen I don't feel like eating the house down when I finally get in which is what I would do before IP.
It is likely best to start with it in the morning and see how that goes.
