Where did you start to notice your weight loss?

  • I noticed first in my butt and hips - being an apple shape this is not what I wanted! I have taken to wearing yoga pants and leggings most of the time as all my jeans are too big. I bought one new pair that fits well. However, when I took my measurements I had lost more inches in my waist. I wish I noticed it in my face, but not yet
  • I guess everyone's body is different, but it's definitely my face! I have a big moon face at the moment and a second chin! It sure does feel good when you can go down a notch or 2 on your belt! )
  • I've lost 9 pounds since the beginning of 2012 and I noticed it first in my waist, down 2 inches, and my hips down 1 inch. I also recently increased my Zumba classes to 3 a week and I swear my legs feel smaller.
  • I lose weight from my face and back at first, then arms and legs. My belly is always the last to go, ugh.
  • I think the weight came off from my thighs first, then waist/hips/bottom. Alas I'll never know just how different my measurements are because I never took measurements at my heaviest and I"m not really tempted to start now (though I probably should).
