Checking in late afternoon from snowy Delta. Nothing better than spending a quiet afternoon watching big flakes fall on the garden outside my studio window, quilting, petting the dogs when requested, sipping tea and generally enjoying a peaceful Monday.

It's nice to see everyone - new and experienced - gearing up for a healthy month.

Hi all!

I made it to Kansas City safely but what a long haul it was! Did well with food except 1/2 pita that I thought was WW but was white stopped and just ate the hummus with a fork.

I am at a loss for what I am doing - no registration yet I don't think. I should go walk the hotel on my way to the gym! And scope out dinner options since I ate room service for lunch as I was doing work (presentation is 90% done!).
