    Consider me in.

January goals have been as follows:
    1. Stay on the plan no matter what.
    2. Keep track of daily steps.
    3. Use the Wii Fit as a means of activity on regular basis.
    4. Don't let the scale consume me. (No every 15 minute weigh ins)

    To date:
    1. Day 14 P1
    2. I keep track at work. Steps in heels averaging 5-6K daily.
    3. Not every day, but about 3 times a week, so need to amp it up.
    4. I only weigh on the wii to prevent my propensity to weigh too often, which can often lead to discouragement or a false sense of well being.

    an update:
    1. Day 26 p2 I'm so happy to have been totally faithful to this point-my fridge died and it took about 10 days to get one delivered. I almost feel I should have gotten double credit with my body.
    2. Still keeping my steps...now, around 6-8 k daily. (I'm taking the long way around to places.)
    3. Still working about 3-4 days a week, but I'm sick as a dog, so I'm allowing myself a little room here.
    4. Still only weighing on the wii, but still going down which is miraculous.

Not sure I'm updating this the right way, so you can instruct me if I'm wrong.

Oh, and miraculously, despite my dead metabolism, I have lost 8 pounds since beginning this. So, that's really great for me.
  • Thanks to the Chicks who stuck this one out. It helped me get refocused. On to February! Hope it's a good month for all of us
