    I just joined yesterday, so I'm a little behind. I definitely think I need some accountability so here it goes! (Pounds lost so far)

    Jan 31: 383.9
    Feb 5: 379.2 (-4.7)
    Feb 12: 377.9 (-6)
    Feb 19: 382.3 (-1.6)
    Feb 26: 379.4 (-4.5)
    March 4:373.9 (-10) woot!
    March 7:372.1 (-11.8) I know it's out of pattern, but I was excited!!
    March 14: 369.5 (-14.4) mini goal hit

  • Was a little naughty this week ... went out on Valentines and had a few beers ... then today after the gym I went out to lunch with a friend .. then coffee ... then green tea lol ... soooo when it came time for the weigh in I expected to be up .. BUT ... incredibly I managed to lose a couple of pounds so Im happy

  • just getting started
    my weigh in will be friday 2-24 going to meet with my ymca to see what i need to do to loss the wieght. i know i can do this i want to loss 3lbs a week atless 2 i thought i was haveing a heart attack just 3 days ago and i have to change my ways I am 40 ans i want to live 40 more years.
    my weight last friday was 303 so i am hoping for 3lbs less pray for me please
  • Wow, only two more weeks of weigh ins for this quarterly challenge.

    I cannot believe how quickly the time has passed.

    I did not lose anywhere near the amount of weight I did during my first quarter, but dang it, I lost, and that's success.

    I have recommited to 100% POP for the month of March though, so hopefully our Spectacular Spring Weigh In will have better numbers for me.
