    luciddepths and Riestrella - I did most of C25K on the treadmill. I started running outside when I got to 16 minutes of straight running. So don't be too bummed if the weather sucks. I think running outside is harder & therefore better for me, but if you have to stay inside a treadmill better than nothing!

    Also, Riestrella, I'm super jealous you got a medal. :P You finished your 10K a minute faster than me! I actually got lapped, haha, a few boys finished it in 30 minutes. How insane is that??

    I thought I would just get a t-shirt, but nope, a MEDAL! I was so proud! There was a part in the course where it sort of loops back on itself then splits off again, when I approached it the guy in first place just sprinted past me. He was a BEAST. I was in last place for most of the race! It wasn't a fun run where loads of people do it, it was very much a serious running club race. But I was proud of my time and that fact I didn't give up (so close to...)
