  • Esofia: I think I'm also an exception! Or maybe the exception has become the rule.

I am a morning person, but I experience two bad side effects when I eat breakfast, which I had a chance to test out these past couple of days:

    - A good-sized breakfast makes me super hungry the entrire day.
    - A good-sized breakfast sucks all of my energy out of me.

Anyway, since I posted this, I abstained from breakfast, didn't eat until 12 or 1pm and I found that I didn't have terrible cravings and I easily stay within my calorie limit (1400 - 1700). The hunger pangs weren't a problem, I also haven't been feeling snacky.

Fasting in the morning really does something good for my body - maybe it balances out my hormones.

Anyway, it feels good to find something out about myself that is going to help make this journey easier. I think eating in the mornings actually somehow contributes to me eating too much throughout the day in the past.
