I doubt my water weight will be gone before I leave on vacation. Oh well, I guess that just means I won't have to gain it the first two days of vacation!

L - lean cuisine, roasted cabbage, piece of garlic bread
S - lf greek yogurt + honey
D - light mac & cheese and steamed broccoli, carrot cake, cherry pie, beer
E - yoga/pilates
