  • Ha, finally remembered what Friday's dinner was and updated my post accordingly. Roasted potatoes and cabbage.
  • I doubt my water weight will be gone before I leave on vacation. Oh well, I guess that just means I won't have to gain it the first two days of vacation!

    Tuesday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - lean cuisine, roasted cabbage, piece of garlic bread
    S - lf greek yogurt + honey
    D - light mac & cheese and steamed broccoli, carrot cake, cherry pie, beer
    E - yoga/pilates
  • Due to the problem with the water heater yesterday, dinner was changed from enchiladas to pizza (so I didn't have to do dishes).

    Tuesday
    B~egg
    L~turkey soup
    D~chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice
  • Wednesday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover mac & cheese/broccoli
    S - pear
    D - will be more leftover mac & cheese
    E - 1.5 mile brisk walk

    This will probably be my last post for a while since I'm off on vacation tomorrow.

    Wednesday
    B~garden burger (no bun) with hot sauce
    S~cup of tomato soup
    L~leftover chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice
    D~either zucchini "pasta" or breakfast (one today, one tomorrow)
  • Okay, I'm back. Time to get back on the wagon.

    Wednesday:
    B - oatmeal, apple, walnuts
    L - pasta w/sauce, frozen veggies
    S - PB
    D - salad w/lf dressing, rotisserie chicken breast, roasted potatoes, frozen green peppers, little bit of cheddar & BBQ sauce
    S - ww toast w/tub margarine
    E - none
  • Thursday:
    B - oatmeal, banana, walnuts, skim milk
    L - pasta w/sauce, frozen veg, chicken, maybe salad
    D - minestrone soup (made w/mix of farro and macaroni, and pintos instead of kidney beans), little bit of cheese
    S - toast w/tub margarine
    E - dog wog
  • I don't know if I'll continue posting here or not. My shipment from Nutrisystem arrives tomorrow, so meals will be rather structured.

    Wednesday:
    B~leftover beef stroganoff (oops)
    S~protein bar
    L~leftover beef stroganoof (it's now gone)
    D~2 tamales, 1/2 c each Spanish rice and refried beans, wine

    Thursday
    B~egg
    S~protein bar
    L~2 beef ribs in BBQ sauce, 1/2 c mashed potatoes
    S~yogurt
    D~not sure...I meant to take some fish out to thaw. May still do that, and have salad with it.
  • I will be all alone again! Maybe someone else will join me in January.

    Friday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, banana, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover minestrone soup
    D - chicken broccoli "pie" (bisquick), salad w/lf dressing
    S - oat bran w/raisins and brown sugar
    E - 20 min bike trainer ride
  • Thursday's dinner ended up being my homemade macaroni and cheese with green beans.

    Friday's plan
    B~egg
    S~protein bar
    L~seafood crepe, salad
    D~salmon and salad

    I forgot my grocery list! We're golfing tomorrow morning, so I need to do the grocery shopping this afternoon after work. I don't want to go home and get it. Ugh. I guess I can call DS later and ask him to tell me what's on it.
  • Saturday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, banana, skim milk, walnuts
    L - leftover soup & parm
    D - salad w/italian, two glasses of wine, moroccan chicken thighs on ww israeli couscous
    E - dog walk
