    Ginger-Lime Bok Choy salad
    Bok Choy salad
    Ingredients:

    3-4 Bok Choy leaves, washed and cut into thin strips horizontally
    1 small head Romaine lettuce, washed and cut into thin strips horizontally
    2" piece of fresh Ginger
    1/2 lime
    Rice wine vinegar
    Fennel seeds, salt & pepper to taste
    Directions:

    Peel and finely grate ginger, combine Bok Choy and Romaine in bowl
    Squeeze lime over salad, followed by 2-3 dashes of wine vinegar
    Mix well, add a couple shakes of fennel seeds, enjoy right away of chill in fridge!!!
