I am actually in pain right now. I've never had ovulation pain and don't know if it's a UTI but I am having some issues. Hope it clears up...DW is in Syracuse and I doubt the cats can drive me to urgent care. No appetite. Hoping it's not my stomach issues acting up!

Karen, I just got home and we're having flurries.

Jenn - I had a super painful ovulation back in August. It actually threw me completely off track on my diet and exercise. It was so bad it aggravated my sciatic nerve. I really can't explain adequately how this sort of sent me over the edge emotionally and physically. I have a history of ovarian cysts so I started taking Vitex again and that helped me. In other words: I totally understand.
