I haven't written on here since I started this Challenge. Good Luck, Everyone! I'm gaining instead of losing. Got back on plan today. After being off plan since June. I have gone to the gym some. But not on a regular basis. Also haven't done weight lifting since September 1st. No wonder I gained so much weight back this Year.
