nope, I forgot about the pickles. I get the sweet baby gerhkins made with splenda Mt Olive has them. They also carry the bread and butter pickles with splenda and sweet relish.
I'd add a bar or something. You seem to be going down pretty low here, just my opinion. Myfitnessplan.com has a great tracker because you can just look up the actual product such as proti diet, they are all on there.
Don't forget the water. The absolute minimum is 64 ounces, and more is better. I am at about 80 a day, and some think that is low. It is important because it works to prevent constipation.
Speaking of water, I notice that I lose more if I drink more. Why is that? Is it because when you drink less, your body retains it?
