  • Hi guys! My day is kinda weird because I work 3rd shift three days a week and never no how to break down the nights but here's what I'm having!

    Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties

    Lunch: 1 piece of salami, 1/2 cup egg salad

    Dinner: chicken, red peppers mushrooms in alfredo sauce

    snacks: These are in the middle of the night

    hard boiled egg

    2 hot dogs

    1 ounce cheese

    Breakfast, 1/3 cup egg salad
    Lunch, broccoslaw, and a salmon patty
    Supper, chiveta chicken and a huge bowl of buttered brussel sprouts

    Snack 2 oz mozza cheese and herbal tea

    Samantha, your chicken dinner sounds really good!!
  • Friday--forgot to post it--so here it is..

    Breakfast--skipped because knew I was eating early lunch.

    Lunch--at the mall--small salad with lettuce, onion, tomato,pepperoni,hotpeppers, and cheese--ranch dressing.
    snack--Bar-B-Q pork rinds
    supper--thin crust pizza!! with lettuce and tomato--taco pizza.
    4 Michelob Ultras--(It was Friday....OK?)

    2 diet pepsi's
    not enough water!

  • Saturday

    Breakfast... 1/3 cup egg salad

    LUnch....broccoslaw and steak w/green pepper

    Supper...brussel sprouts and 2 hamburgers w/huge blobs of sour cream

    Snack, mozza cheese and herbal tea
  • Saturday--

    Breakfast--coffee--got up late--went to lunch early,

    Lunch--Ruby Tuesday's--salad bar--only lo-carb stuff on salad--chicken breast with mushrooms,bacon, and mozzerella cheese--yum!!brocolli.

    supper--cabbage and ground beef.


    Just so you don't think I am setting a trend here--I usually ALWAYS have breakfast--I know the importance--just had a couple weird mornings!!

    diet pepsi and water were the drink choices of the day!!
