  • My reason to stay on track today is....

Because it's raining outside and its a perfect opportunity to prove I have no excuse not to excercise.
And my reason to stay on track calorically is because we have dinner at a friends house tonight. And one meal that I have little control over will not stop me from staying on track and counting calories. I will save alot of calories for tonight and if its high calorie food I'll be sure to take light portions. And eat a big green salad before I leave so I'm not crazy hungry.
  • I only have 2 pounds to go to reach my goal of 140.

They have been stubborn as moleasses in January.
  • Because getting to that 100 lb mark is so SO close! It could be only days away.

And because my newest mantra is NEVER SURRENDER!

    That is awesome!
  • Happy Birthday Thinnerthanhim and good luck tonight Mem7883!!!

I am going to stay on track today because I am only 1lb from my 10% goal!
  • I don't have any "special reason" to stay on track today. It's the same as any other day, really. Because I want to be thinner, because I want to be healthier, because I'm a better me when I'm a @healthy weight me.
  • Because I hate being fat
  • Reason to stay on track today? This is going to sound silly but to feel good enough for my boyfriend. This is just for ME to feel good enough, he tells me every day he loves me the way I am.
  • Because binging on junk food makes me feel so utterly sick, irritable, and itchy skinned. I feel so much healthier, calmer and saner eating real food.
  • I have the biggest smile on my face!! i believe we can all accomplish this if we take it one day at a time and wake up every day and have a reason to do it. reading everyones reasons has given me that extra bit of a push today!!

my reason to stay on track today is all of you my friends at 3fc!! couldnt bare to let you guys all down by NOT stayin on track today!!!

so im goign to print out the 3fc logo and put it on my 'reason to stay on track today" board
  • Quote: You can totally reach your goal by next October! How exciting!

I am pretty sure my Boyfriend will ask me to marry him soon-ish (maybe X-mas).... I mean, we have already talked about it many times for practical reasons, but he wants to surprise me with a proposal. Anyway, I'd like to get a bit leaner now in preparation for wedding photos! (I HATE taking photos!)

Another is that I'll be 30 in January - I feel like, for the first time in my life, I have the tools to effectively and healthily lose weight and keep it off (YES, its taken 15 years to learn this, but particularly with the help of 3FC). No more fad diets or starvation followed by immediate weight gain for me.

Thanks for starting this thread - I NEEDED this thread today.
Im so Grateful that this has in some small way helped you today have a beautiful day!!!!
  • Love this!

I'm a day late, but I'm going to stay on track today because our family vacation is over and after 8 days of terrible food choices, but body is hating me! I feel so fat and lethargic. I also will stay on track because i6 weeks now I'll be traveling for a weekend instructor's course to become certified to teach a mom and baby workout class... I want to feel confident in my body and extremely close to goal.
  • Quote: My reason to stay on track today is:

So I can look amazing at my 20th birthday dinner in March!!
I'm aiming for my 24th (wow I can still see my 20th like it was yesterday...) in March also!!
  • My reason to stay on track today is beacuase i want to have a better relationship with food in the long term.
  • I'm moving back to Europe in 1 month, 2 weeks.

I've already lost 15 pounds. I want to lose another 10 by the time I leave. I want to look good and not have my weight as an excuse for feeling like ****, comparing myself to others etc. I already have way more self confidence. I believe in myself. If I don't lose the weight, I will always feel like a failure. And I don't want to feel like a failure. If I want to do big things in my life, how can I expect to have the strength to persevere with big things if I can't do something as simple as not eat bad foods and work out ONE hour every day.
