My reason to stay on track today is....
Because it's raining outside and its a perfect opportunity to prove I have no excuse not to excercise.
And my reason to stay on track calorically is because we have dinner at a friends house tonight. And one meal that I have little control over will not stop me from staying on track and counting calories. I will save alot of calories for tonight and if its high calorie food I'll be sure to take light portions. And eat a big green salad before I leave so I'm not crazy hungry.



i believe we can all accomplish this if we take it one day at a time and wake up every day and have a reason to do it. reading everyones reasons has given me that extra bit of a push today!!
