So I'm taking the opportunity to rest and put my feet up.
They were fun. I haven't tried to do a cartwheel for ages but I did a handstand a few months ago and it wasn't so bad. I do a fair bit of yoga so having my head upside down is not really that strange for me, perhaps you can incorporate some yoga into your fitness routine to help with that?
