I never force myself to eat anything for any reason. If I'm not hungry, I do not eat. FOOD IS SUSTENANCE. People eat too much for too many reasons. Learning to listen to your inner hunger cues can go a long way toward a more healthy weight.Originally Posted by GreatPerhaps
