Yeah, my center said it was a pretty recent change to allow 1 per day. Now, I'm not supposed to have creamer or sugar in it (artificial sweetener okay; they recommend Splenda) but I do have 1.5 tsp of fat free creamer and I don't like Splenda so I use 1 packet of stevia which has a little bit of carbs in it. I tried to cut the creamer altogether but as I stared at my black cup of coffee, I thought to myself that I have cut every other thing I love out of my diet and while I can cut my creamer in half, I can't cut it out. I'd rather cut the coffee out altogether. (I did that with soda...they said I can have caffeine-free, diet and I'd rather not have any at all.) Anyway, I feel like I'm doing well on this plan and my center is okay with it but said that if I come to a point where I'm at a plateau and they can't figure anything else out on my food log, they will tell me to cut the creamer.
