    This soup is amazing! I made it for a vegan at work, and everyone else stared at it, then reluctantly tried it....then loved it!!
    It certainly sounds amazing! Will be on the menu next week when I start P2...perfect for fall!

  • Broiled salmon with chimichurri, quinoa with black beans(no corn), and asparagus with grated parmesan. Yum!
  • Made that pesto chicken - it was absolutely delicious along with some spaghetti squash. Made a fresh quick tomatoe sauce with ripe tomatoes, garlic and chili flakes - went nice together!
