    This will be an exciting 5lbs..finally getting out of the 180s which I have been in for atleast a year now. I had lost 60lbs and then have been steadily maintaining for the past year.... wasn't really trying. Thankfully didnt gain. I am back on the road to losing.. I have never been less than 179 in 10 years.. So. cant wait=)
