Well, I'll be going to my WI in a little while. I hope I at least turtle. My dh is dieting really hard right now. My scale is no longer accurate because it's a doctor type and you have to move the weights and we're in different starting weights. That's as clear as mud, but short story is my scale reading isn't bad---so I hope the WW scale is even better.
Princess, sorry you haven't gotten lots of veggies this year. Hopefully you'll get a nice batch with the rain and lesser heat that we're getting now---I hope so. Good luck at your WI.
Food has been good. Got to the boardwalk again yesterday. Feeling the "fall blues" coming my way, so I'll need to dig out my light box and start using it. I can't let myself get sad because of light deprivation.

with a buddy is so great. I used to walk around my neighborhood for 3 miles with a WW buddy. She talked the whole time, but it was worth it because that much exercise is really good for me.
It sounds wonderful! I'm sure you can plan to bring good snacks with you and even a sandwich and seltzer for lunch if you want. You'll certainly be walking around a lot.
